CHALLENGE
How might we use design management methods to enhance employee happiness within large tech company culture?
PROCESS
The design process included identifying a problem through secondary research, conducting ethnographic research, gathering the data points and converting them into actionable insights using empathy maps, personas and design criteria. Following to which, the insights were used for a group brainstorming session in the form of a workshop and finally a prototype was created.
OUTCOME
The outcome is a tool called The Leeep model that highlights the 3 E’s of emotional self analysis– Experience, Evaluate, Express. This tool is represented using an infograph which helps employees navigate through common negative emotions at a workplace.
